About Me

Danielle: Texas; I am the mother of a beautiful baby girl named Kaiya. She was born June 2009 with a neural tube defect known as Spina Bifida. Despite a few surgeries early on in her life she is proving doctor wrong and starting to take steps wih braces and a walker. We are trying to raise money for the Spina BIfida Association Natoional Conference in 2012. Thanks for looking and please share this site with friends. These items make pretty meaningful gifts :)

Yellow is the official color for Spina Bifida Awareness. Please tell all the women of childbearing age to take a daily vitamin with FOLIC ACID. A woman can reduce the risk of having a child with a Neural Tube Defect like Spina Bifida by 70%.
